Using your ring finger or Youngblood Lip/Eye brush apply a small amount of Concealer to dark circles. Blend Concealer well.
Apply rice setting powder to increase performance.
Use a Lip/Eye Brush to apply Concealer to the entire eyelid area as a base for the eyeshadow.
To create a cream base eyeshadow mix eyeshadows with the concealer before applying. With a Lip/Eye Brush apply and blend concealer around the edges of the lips to give the appearance of a fuller lip.
